Long long day. I have to work. All mtn. checking done with me and my car. Oldest son spends whole day here working on truck. Dad worked on that transmission overnight last night - all night. He looks younger by 20 years. I took his picture, much to his chagrin. I said if I ever looked that young, he better take a picture of me too. They had to remove the ENTIRE dashboard to access the broken part. What a bust ass that was. But they did it, its together, and it works. Hallel...

Oh oh, Ranger home, but got a ride with someone. I know this is not going to be good when I finally hear about it. In he comes liek everything is normal, I have to wait. Tuesday, Oct. 12 What a georgeous day. All those visiting the fair festival have seen their share of leaves, been cold enough and had to go back to work, so its pretty quiet. Ranger doing this usual patrolling thing, couple of small problems today. Let floor worker into one place. Home for dinner, for once. He'll go back, pretty sure.

Its very late on Monday night. This whole weekend was very busy and crowded. Its leaf peeper season. From what I hear, it is unimaginable the number of vehicles that take the trip up the Mtn. road to leaf peep. I can't say I blame them, its a georgeous site, the reflection of the colors on the water doubles the enjoyment.
